Terms and Conditions

Last updated: October 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ship2Car website and purchases of automotive spare parts through it. Please read them together with our Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, customers agree to the applicable website and order-processing terms without waiving mandatory statutory rights.

2. Product Information

We offer new automotive spare parts according to the information available for each item, including its name, image, brand, part number, and compatibility details where available.

We aim to keep this information accurate. Some non-essential visual details may vary between an image and the actual product. Such variations do not remove our responsibility to address a material difference in the supplied product or its description.

3. Vehicle Compatibility

Before placing an order, customers should verify the vehicle make, model, year, engine type, and part number where available.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicle information they provide and should contact us before purchase if compatibility is unclear. Ship2Car is not responsible for incompatibility caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, subject to statutory rights.

If incompatibility results from an error in product information provided on the website, the case will be treated as an error attributable to the store.

4. Availability and Order Confirmation

Products are subject to stock availability. We may contact customers to verify part details, addresses, or order information before dispatch.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will offer available options as appropriate:

  • Removing the unavailable item and fulfilling the remaining order where possible.
  • Offering an alternative, subject to the customer’s approval.
  • Cancelling the affected order and refunding any amount due as required by law.

No substitute product will be supplied without the customer’s consent.

An order may be reviewed or declined where material information is inaccurate, delivery is not reasonably possible, or there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, subject to legal obligations relating to orders and payments.

5. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds (EGP). Shipping costs and the order total are shown before order confirmation.

Payment methods depend on the options available at checkout. Customers should verify the products, quantities, delivery address, and phone number before submitting an order.

If an obvious error is identified in the price or product description, we will contact the customer to clarify the issue and available options before proceeding with the affected order. If Ship2Car cancels an order due to its own error, amounts due will be refunded as required by law.

No undisclosed additional charge or deduction will be applied without a clear basis permitted by law.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Collection

Available shipping methods and charges are displayed according to the customer’s address and service coverage.

Door-to-door delivery may be available for EGP 70 in eligible areas of Cairo and Giza. Store pickup may also be offered where shown at checkout. The EGP 70 rate does not automatically apply to all governorates in Egypt.

Delivery dates shown on the website are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil orders and communicate material changes when known.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct address, a valid phone number, and responding to delivery-company communications needed to complete delivery.

7. Order Cancellation

Customers may contact us to request cancellation before dispatch. Whether cancellation can be completed depends on the fulfilment stage and applicable legal rights.

If a product cannot be supplied or Ship2Car cancels an order, the customer will be informed of the available options and any amount due will be refunded as required by law.

Actual shipping costs may arise once an order has left the warehouse. Such costs will be charged to the customer only where legally permitted and after the basis for the charge has been explained.

8. Refused or Failed Deliveries

Customers should ensure that they are available to receive their order and provide accurate delivery details.

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, failure to respond to the courier, or refusal without a valid reason, we will review the reason, delivery attempts, and actual shipping costs.

Where legally permitted, the customer may be asked to cover documented actual outbound and return shipping costs, without automatic penalties or administrative fees. Refusal of delivery will not automatically result in forfeiture of a deposit or other payment.

9. Installation, Use, and Warranty

We recommend that spare parts be installed by a qualified technician and that manufacturer instructions be followed, especially for electrical and mechanical components requiring specialist skills.

Incorrect installation, misuse, or modification may affect an assessment of damage caused by those actions. Customer rights concerning defects and mandatory warranties remain reserved.

Any additional warranty terms will be specified on the product page or accompanying warranty documentation, without removing statutory rights.

10. Returns Policy

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our official Returns and Refunds Policy:

https://ship2car.com/returns-refunds/

That policy applies subject to mandatory statutory rights. No wording on either page removes a right granted to the customer by law.

11. Acceptable Use and Intellectual Property

Users agree to use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Fraudulent activity, attempts to disrupt the website, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

Website text, images, logos, and designs are subject to applicable intellectual property rights and may not be copied or reused without appropriate permission.

12. Privacy and External Services

Customer information is handled under the Privacy Policy published on the website. Order fulfilment may depend on delivery companies, payment providers, and technical service providers; necessary information is handled according to the relevant purpose and applicable law.

13. Updates and Governing Law

These terms may be updated when necessary. The revised version will be published on the website with its revision date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt, while preserving mandatory consumer rights.
